HASI
KARAGA
A fantastic opportunity to unlock a
site in the heart of Bengaluru with immense natural beauty and make it accessible throughout the year for the larger public. A site with deep historic roots to the Karaga community, this 2-acre area is blessed with mature trees and will include a temple plaza, a new public park, and a community center around a natural water body.
The mixed use building in Mysore incorporates commercial spaces with a wedding hall.
The project reinterprets and blends the traditional stone from Mysore into a contemporary form.
KADRI
HOUSE
This farmhouse project is a reflection of the traditional courtyard house. With its emphasis on colour, texture, and local materials this house celebrates the cultural aesthetic of Chettinad homes. The indoor and outdoor areas transition seamlessly with the courtyard as the heart of the house.
